coaching offerings.

mapping our path

In this offering, I facilitate one, 3-hour session with individuals and small teams where we develop a personal map using the Immunity to Change (ITC) framework. This process includes identifying an improvement goal, working through what’s getting in the way of that goal, and identifying approaches to untangle competing commitments and test big assumptions.

Then, for those interested in continued support and accountability, I coach people for six or twelve, 1-hour sessions (typically bi-weekly for three or six months) to build on the insights from your ITC map. From what I've seen, this approach offers a good balance of having a plan and being flexible, especially if you have a specific problem you're working on.

finding our way

In this offering, I coach individuals and small teams for eight or sixteen, 1-hour sessions (typically bi-weekly for four or eight months), which includes a 90-minute intro session where we’ll start building a foundation for our partnership. Throughout our sessions, we’ll explore thorny challenges, unearth underlying beliefs, and apply useful tools to make progress toward your goals.

While the focus of these sessions is driven by your overarching goals, as things come up - like receiving tough feedback or preparing for a big opportunity - these sessions can also serve as a space to process and navigate emerging challenges.

Being more equitable is always cool, so I try to meet people where they’re at - developmentally and financially.

If you’re interested in coaching and may not have the resources right now - let’s connect.

  • "Andrew was very helpful in identifying hidden and competing goals as a stumbling block to move forward…He created a safe and reflection-filled space throughout our coaching sessions. The collaborative process was enlightening and growth-oriented."

    Stuart Lassiter, Start Early

  • "Andrew is an A+ human, full of compassion, empathy and patience. My organization struggled with getting our equity work off the ground, and I always felt supported and encouraged after talking with Andrew - never judged or shamed for falling behind or not being as successful as we intended to be."

    Jeanine Forsythe, Results for America

  • "In the short time I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, I could certainly say he's changed my life and way of thinking. He's helped me find my confidence and navigate through my own emotions in sorts of challenging situations. I am now more aware of my own feelings, and feel I am also more receptive towards others and their ways of thinking also! Andrew is an absolute genius."

    Stacey Chuang, Amazon

  • "The open, safe space that Andrew created for me, and the ways in which he would guide us when we were stuck on something was impactful. We'd come to Andrew looking for advice and answers, and he would in turn ask us the difficult questions to help us work through the answers. He pushed us in ways we needed in order to grow our learning, but also reminded us that it was ok to be where we were."

Andrea Maertens, Institute for Higher Education Policy
